CANCELLATION POLICY
PLEASE READ
By placing your non-refundable deposit, you are confirming your party date and times and you signify that you have read and understand the following: You may cancel for any reason up to 30 days prior to your event with no additional charge, this cancellation must be made and received in writing and confirmed via email. If you decide to cancel your event less than 30 days prior to your event date you agree to pay the balance due in full on the credit card on file.
Inclement weather. If you are hosting an outdoor event and the forecast is for inclement weather you may have the option of postponing your event. You may postpone your event upon our discretion 24 hours prior to your event start time, ONLY if the chance of inclement weather is greater than 80% during your show hours.
If you are hosting an outdoor event, upon our discretion you may cancel your event 4 hours prior to your event start time if the chance of inclement weather is 50% or greater during your show hours.

Note: Indoor events are not affected by inclement weather and are therefore excluded from the inclement weather cancellation policy.
If you cancel your event for any reason less than 4 hours prior to your event start time you agree to pay the billed amount in full on the credit card on file.
